Hofstra Day of Giving is a 24-hour online, social media driven effort that supports the university and its programs. This fundraising challenge aims to encourage philanthropic support from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

Yes. The stated amount of your gift qualifies as a deductible charitable contribution. No goods or services were provided in return for your gift. If you make a gift, you will receive a receipt via mail.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

Hofstra University accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I give a gift through the mail?

Yes!  Gifts postmarked by April 5th and specified as "Hofstra Day of Giving" will count toward the day.
