Hofstra Day of Giving might be over, but you can still support Hofstra Students!
Honors College
Honors College Student Emergency Fund

The Honors College Student Emergency Fund provides financial assistance to students experiencing a short-term change in circumstance or hardship in a given semester.  Loss of employment, family illness or other unanticipated event can jeopardize a student’s ability to successfully complete a semester, or even their degree.

Over the years, this fund has covered rent shortages, food, diapers and baby food, and sometimes partial tuition bills. Your generous gifts to the Honors College Student Emergency Fund make all the difference for these students.  Know too that 100% of the money donated to this fund will be used to assist students in need.

Honors College enriches the education of exceptional students at Hofstra inside the classroom and beyond. We promote intellectual engagement, creativity, conversation, leadership, civic responsibility and global reach.
